Fairy Garden Contest

Get out your supplies & imaginations! It's time for Bookworm’s annual Fairy Garden Contest!

Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome to submit their best Fairy Gardens to one of three categories:
- Youth (18 & younger)
- Young at Heart (19 & older)
- Family/Team (group effort from 2+ people, regardless of age)

Is there anything I need to keep in mind when building my fairy garden?

Yes! To help with storage, transportation & display, please make sure your fairy garden is no larger than approximately 2 ft x 2 ft, and can easily be lifted by one person. Also, please keep in mind the fairy garden will be outdoors throughout the festival. We will do our best to care for and maintain it while it’s in our possession, but we cannot guarantee it will be returned in pristine condition.

How do I enter?
Start creating! Completed gardens can be dropped off at Bookworm Gardens July 31-August 3, 9am-4pm. Entry forms will be available at drop off.

Then what?
Come to Fairyfolk Festival August 5-10 to vote for your favorite fairy gardens!

Winners will be contacted via email. Fairy gardens must be picked up Tuesday, August 12, 9am-2pm, or contact alyssa@bookwormgardens.org to make alternate pick-up arrangements. Happy creating!
